National Unity Day 



Rashtrapati Nilayam invites your institution to the National Unity Day 2025 celebrations, commemorating the 150th Birth Anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the Iron Man of India at Rashtrapati Nilayam, Secunderabad.

Let us come together to honour the spirit of unity, integrity and national pride through a series of engaging and inspiring events.

(Theme: Unity in Diversity)

2.Group Singing Competition 
(Theme: Patriotic Songs)

3.Quiz Competition
(Topics : Indian History, Culture & Freedom Movement)


31st October 2025 

1. Photo & Painting Exhibition (Depicting Sardar Patel’s Life & National Unity)
2. Unity Walk
3. India Map Formation by Students
4. Documentary Film
5. Inspirational Speeches by Guests



How to register:

(**Due to a technical glitch, T-shirt options may appear during your registration process. However, please note that the column of T-shirts is not applicable**)

Students from Class 8 onwards can participate in the competitions
Participating schools/colleges must strictly follow the guidelines and instructions issued by Rashtrapati Nilayam.

Competition Guidelines 

Date: 30th October 2025 

1. Registration is mandatory. Entries without prior registration will not be accepted.
2. Only the first 30 schools/colleges to register will be allowed to participate.
3. Each school or college can send one team for each competition (Dance, Singing and Quiz).
4. For Dance and Singing Competitions each team must consist of 5 to 10 students.
5. For the Quiz Competition each team must consist of 5 students.
 

Date: 31st October 2025 

Only 50 students from registered schools/colleges will be allowed to visit Rashtrapati Nilayam as audience.

Cyclothon - Pedal for the Planet (II Edition)

2nd Edition of Cyclothon:


In pursuant to the Hon’ble President of India’s vision to connect the Official retreat of the President with citizens from all over the country, Rashtrapati Nilayam, in association with NMDC is organizing the 2nd Edition of Cyclothon in collaboration with Hyderabad Cyclists Group.

The primary objective of this initiative is to raise awareness on Promoting health and sustainability through cycling, while also highlighting the importance of environmental conservation.

 Scheduled Date: 2 nd November 2025
 Expected Participation: 1000 Cyclists
 Route: 20 km from Rashtrapati Nilayam to Secunderabad Parade Ground and back (SH- 1, Rajiv Rahadari)

Flag off event will take place at Rashtrapati Nilayam by the invited dignitaries and Parade Ground venue will be a mid point for the amateurs and conclusion will be at Rashtrapati Nilayam, followed by breakfast for the participants. A guided tour of Rashtrapati Nilayam will be followed.

How to register:
Registrations are of 02 categories:

  • Children of Age 12 to 15 years
  • Children and Adults above 15 years

Hence the participants may register according to their age in the said categories.

Guidelines:

Event begins from 06:00 AM onwards. However, the participants are required to arrive at the venue by 5:30 AM (30 min prior the event time) for registration and
issuing of T-shirts to participants. 

1. Registration

  • Registration is mandatory for all participants.
  • Each participant must register individually using one mobile number per registration.
  • Participants must carry a copy or screenshot of their registration confirmation on event day.

2. T-Shirts

  • Event T-shirts will be provided to registered participants only.
  • T-shirt will be issued as per the sizes mentioned in the registration details.
  • No size changes will be allowed at the last minute.

3. Participation Requirements

  • Participants must be physically fit and free from any health issues.
  • Each participant must bring their own cycle in good working condition.
  • Helmets are mandatory for all participants (for safety).
  • Participants should carry their own water bottle and stay hydrated.
  • Please reach the venue at least 30 minutes before the start time for verification and warm-up.

4. Safety & Conduct

  • Follow all traffic rules and event guidelines.
  • No rash riding or overtaking on the enroute.
  • Participants should respect fellow riders and volunteers.
  • The organizers are not responsible for any injury, loss or damage during the event.
